Now, a little introduction to our cuisine.

Bangladeshi cuisine is a combination of subtle tastes. The flavours are as varied as the climate and as exotic as the people.

The Bangladeshi appreciation of spices and their various combinations is an acquired art and can only be achieved after many years in the study of blending, cooking and tasting.

The dishes are prepared from the finest available ingredients and represent the highest standards in Bangladeshi cuisine.

Freshly created from your order, each dish is made with at least a dozen freshly ground herbs and spices which when blended together produce the very best in curries, tandoori and balti dishes.

The origins of Balti cooking are wide ranging and owe as much to China and Tibet as to the tribal ancestry of the Nomads, the taste of the Moghul Emperors, the aromatic spices of Kashmir and the winter food of the mountain areas.

We present you the most pleasant flavoured Balti dishes and hope that your evening spent with us will be both a culinary and a social event to be savoured.
