TRADITIONAL BANGLADESHI DISHES
For those who know a little about Indian cooking or enjoy Indian food, the importance of the word Bhuna will be appreciated. It means frying either spices alone in oil or lamb, chicken along with spices. Stirring continuously so that the spices are on constant contact with the hot oil and base of the pan, but do not stick. This process of stir frying which releases the flavour of the spices so effectively in the oil. It's the heart beat of a curry recipe and all our signature dishes are made using this process.
